Ross Selvaggio

Ross Selvaggio was admitted to practice as a Lawyer in 1981 after graduating from the University of Melbourne with a degree in Bachelor of Law. Ross initially worked in Melbourne then   in 1985 came to Sydney to work as a lawyer in a leading city and suburban law firm. Whilst he enjoyed that work he had a desire to establish a progressive, boutique style law firm to service the individual legal needs of the people and businesses in the North West area of Sydney.

Ross established Ross Selvaggio and Associates in 1991.

Ross is accredited by the Law Society of NSW as a Specialist in Property Law.  His main areas of expertise include strata developments, easements, community title, commercial leases, commercial mortgages, residential and commercial conveyancing, the sale and purchase of businesses, drafting commercial contracts and contractual /commercial disputes.

Ross lives in the Hills district. He is an Honorary Solicitor for the Salvation Army. Ross is a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer whose client’s include leading businesspeople but he remains a very approachable person. He prides himself on being a good communicator and providing his clients with cost effective and practical solutions whenever possible.
