Daniela PolettiDaniela is a partner of Ross Selvaggio & Associates. Daniela graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in Bachelor of Law and was admitted to practise as a Lawyer in July 1985. Daniela is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia; she is involved in the Collaborative Law programme and is trained in Mediation. Since 1985 Daniela has acquired a vast experience in court cases. Daniela has represented clients in Family Law matters, Environment Law matters, Disputed wills, Criminal Law matters and Commercial Law contracts. In 1996 Daniela became a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law. Since then she has worked almost exclusively in the areas of Family Law and disputed Wills. Her knowledge and vast experience has given her a very good understanding of the various underlying issues in a Family Law case, especially when the case involves complex financial or business issues. Daniela prides herself on giving her clients sound advice. She attempts to resolve clients’ matters as soon as is possible but if the parties cannot agree then she provides her clients with effective representation at Court. |
